At Wise Weight Management we’re passionate about giving people sustainable goals that they can maintain long term, and I’m so thankful for all of the patients we’ve helped this year. 🙌🏾

I’m also truly grateful for all of the peace I get through exercise. Running my first marathon, lifting heavier and moving more than I ever have is nothing to be taken lightly! Happy to be able to workout in my basement with when life got too busy to even get to the gym 😪

Is the Holiday season too busy for you to cook breakfast?! Then fuel your day with this Five Minute Breakfast Parfait! 🌞🥣

Start your day on a healthy and delicious note with this quick and easy Greek yogurt parfait recipe. 🍓🥜 Packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, it’s a diabetes-friendly breakfast that will keep you feeling fuller for longer while helping regulate blood sugar levels. 💪✨

Here’s what you’ll need:
🔸 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
🔸 1/4 cup of fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
🔸 1 tablespoon of chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
🔸 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
🔸 1/2 teaspoon of honey or agave (optional)

Instructions:
1️⃣ Scoop plain Greek yogurt into a bowl or glass as the base.
2️⃣ Layer fresh berries on top of the yogurt.
3️⃣ Sprinkle chopped nuts and chia seeds over the berries.
4️⃣ Drizzle a small amount of honey or agave syrup if desired.
