I have dedicated my career to supporting and treating those with the chronic disease of obesity and I’m just getting started!!

I’m so grateful to work alongside others that advocate for those with obesity and recognize that there’s so much more work to be done.

Just taking a moment before 2025 ends to express gratitude to God for all of my blessings and being able to do what I love. 😊

At Wise Weight Management we’re passionate about giving people sustainable goals that they can maintain long term, and I’m so thankful for all of the patients we’ve helped this year. 🙌🏾

I’m also truly grateful for all of the peace I get through exercise. Running my first marathon, lifting heavier and moving more than I ever have is nothing to be taken lightly! Happy to be able to workout in my basement with when life got too busy to even get to the gym 😪

Excited about plans for 2026 and thankful for the people that have helped me get me there 🥹
