“Brent exemplifies dedication, professionalism, and compassion in every aspect of his work. His leadership and steady presence have been instrumental in navigating some of the most challenging operational issues our organization has faced this year. Brent has managed an extraordinary volume of complex and high-pressure situations this year, but what truly sets Brent apart is not just his ability to solve problems, but the way he does it. He is consistently available - often around the clock. He responds to calls at all hours without hesitation. His reliability has become a cornerstone of our operations, and his presence brings confidence to every department he supports.”
An excerpt from Jessica’s nomination:
“Jessica goes above and beyond to be a resource to her coworkers. She stays in the PACU to make sure that all of her patients are settled safely and her PACU coworkers are supported. She happily jumps in and performs tasks that are not typically assigned to CRNAs and does not complain about extra work. She has stayed late after her shift to manage emergencies and difficult workloads. Jessica is a role model for other nurses and CRNAs with her compassion and work ethic. Her kindness, extensive knowledge, and non-judgmental approach make her a trusted and reliable coworker to turn to when things aren't going quite right. I'm so glad to have Jessica on our team!”
