Today we remember the veterans who fought for freedom and democracy and express our deepest gratitude for their service.

July is National Grilling Month, National Hot Dog Month, National Blueberry Month and National Picnic Month. Today we celebrated all of the above by having a "picnic" in the beautiful Saginaw County's Haihco Park. We enjoyed "grilling" "hot dogs", "Blueberry" parfait, pasta salad and watermelon. The weather was warm but beautiful as today, (7/23) happens to be "Hot Enough for Ya? Day". We also loved watching all the kids having fun swimming in the lake and playing in the splash pad.

Today, Jim and Pat S. who call Traditions of Saginaw West Campus home, celebrate their 43rd anniversary. Their kids had a small but heartwarming surprise party for them, and boy were they surprised! Judge (retired) Joe D. married them 43 years ago was also present. It just so happens that Joe D. also calls Traditions of Saginaw West Campus home.
