I’d say I’d tried so many things over a decade to resolve my bruxism – spent a small fortune on mouth guards of various types, an expensive grindcare unit that used biofeedback (the only one that kindof worked – but you had to wire yourself up every night and it only worked half the time), not to mention half a dozen other contraptions. Would you believe I even tried botox injections into the masseter muscles – again – zero effect.
Your device is reliable and works 100%. My bruxism is completely gone and I can even sleep without it sometimes now and no bruxism – my brain has ‘forgotten’ it hopefully. However, don’t quite trust it – as it damaged my teeth (I have expensive crowns now – so good reason to not take the risk).
The bruxism caused me a lot of health issues – severe headaches and neck pain.
I do think you guys should promote it more to dentists somehow. As dentists just offer $500 mouthguards to people for bruxism as standard – they must make millions of them a year. These may protect the teeth a bit – but they do zero to stop the bruxism (I just ended up chewing them through them!).
I’d think the market for your invention should be enormous.
