July is Social Wellness Month

With tech making it easier than ever to type a quick message by email, DM, or text, it’s also easier for people to feel forgotten.

A text is not as warm as a hug.
A social media post is not as infectious as a belly laugh.
A DM doesn’t reveal the sadness in a voice.
An email can’t squeeze a hand to give comfort.
