For years, her world would shrink every time her cycle began.

Simple moments—grocery shopping, running errands, being present in daily life—felt impossible during the heaviest days of her period. The weight of her menstrual flow brought fear of embarrassing public accidents, physical exhaustion, and emotional distress. Eventually, she began planning her life around her pain… choosing to stay home, in bed, hidden away until it passed.

I've been going through some storms of my own and I thought sharing some of the ways I have coped would help others. Here are a few gentle ways to support your nervous system today:

• Take 5 intentional breaths, inhaling through the nose and exhaling slowly through the mouth
• Step outside and allow sunlight and fresh air to reset your mood
• Sip warm herbal tea to calm the body and mind
• Create quiet moments of stillness through prayer, meditation, or mindful reflection

Things are a changin’ but in such a great way! I will now be offering hours of availability instead of “office hours”. As I grow things will change but this works best for us all right now.

Here’s how it will work:

✨ Appointments will be booked though my booking platform only! This includes ALL services and sea moss gel pick up! Use the link to book and I will make sure I am available at least one hour before the scheduled time.
