In 2018, Christie completed her 200 RYT Certification in Charleston, WV. She specialized in Yin, Restorative, and Gently Flow yoga, delivering a creative, uplifting, and relaxing practice. Her alignment cues and individual adjustments ensure that students feel comfortable and valued. Each class is infused with her passion, breath, and playfulness.

Christie's goal is for every student she has the privilege of teaching to leave her class feeling nurtured, at peace, and aware that someone genuinely cares about their well-being.
