We are beyond proud to celebrate our co-owner, Kristin Smith, for officially achieving her E-RYT 200 designation and becoming a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP).

As a YACEP, Kristin will be offering continuing education opportunities for yoga teachers looking to grow, evolve, and deepen their understanding of the practice.

Let’s give her a big round of applause and stay tuned for upcoming workshops and trainings led by The Blissful Body!

Update from this morning: my daughter has been admitted to the hospital so I will not be teaching the majority of this week. Today’s evening classes are also cancelled but most of my regular classes for the rest of the week will be covered by our other amazing instructors!
