People choose cremation for many reasons. Some see it as easier from an emotional standpoint. Others perceive it as less costly. Cremation comes with a certain flexibility that many appreciate. And those with environmental concerns find it a friendlier alternative to casket burial.

Cremation is a multistep process most people don't understand. Visit the Dignity Memorial website to learn more about the cremation process.

Our Story

Alexander-White-Mullen Funeral Home was founded in 1897 on Delmar Boulevard by the Alexander brothers. Throughout the years, the Alexander family has offered full-service funerals at multiple locations in the St. Louis area.

The purchase of Mount Lebanon Cemetery in St. Ann, Missouri, in 1924 enabled the funeral home and cemetery to work as sister locations and better assist families in their time of need.
