*Be Missouri Medicaid eligible
*Be Capable

of living independently with personal care assistance
*Be physically disabled
*Be 18 years of age or older
*Be able and willing to direct your own care
*Your personal care attendant cannot be your spouse

At All Loving Care Consumer Directed Services, LLC our goal is help our Consumers achieve the best quality of life possible. You hire and train your own personal care attendant. Your attendant can be a close family friend, or a relative...that's right a relative anyone other than your spouse! All Loving Care Consumer Directed Services, LLC will pay your personal care attendant up to $11.15 an hour. Daily or weekly services include but are not limited to:

*Routine personal care-dressing/undressing
*Hygiene assistance-bathing/grooming
*Bowel/bladder elimination
*Laundry
*Cleaning
*Shopping
*Meal planning and cooking
*Medication reminders
*Transportation to and from important appointments

The City and our partners have increased the number of emergency shelter beds to 285, with surge capacity bringing us to 345 if needed.

Walk-up shelter is available at the following locations:

- North City: Peter & Paul Jugan Shelter (single men, single women, and family rooms)
3225 N. Florissant Ave.

- Central City: Biddle Housing Opportunities Center (single men only)
1212 N. 13th St.

- South City: Peter & Paul Sidney Shelter (single men, single women)
112 Sidney St.

Walk-ups are welcome until 9 p.m. After 9 p.m., individuals seeking shelter must contact the United Way 211 Helpline by dialing 211. Additional locations are available by appointment only, coordinated through the United Way 211 Helpline or by speaking with a coordinator at a rally point. If a walk-up shelter reaches capacity, transportation will be provided to another shelter with sufficient capacity.

Those seeking transportation to shelters can get picked up between 5 and 7 p.m. at the following rally point locations:

North City:
- Urban League Women's Business Center
4401 Natural Bridge Ave.
- Wellston Loop Community Development Corporation (new)
1522 Hodiamont Ave.

Central City:
- Centenary United Methodist Church
1610 Olive St. (use the Pine Street entrance).

South City:
- Carondelet Park Tennis and Pickleball Courts
At Loughborough Avenue and Grand Drive.

If alternative transportation is required, contact the United Way 211 Helpline by dialing 211.
