I forgot to add one more thing. I did do my best to help the dairy farmers out since I went through 120 lbs. of cream cheese for holiday cheesecakes! And I don’t know how much sour cream and whipping cream. So a big shout out for the dairy farmers!

Wearing my "vintage" Christmas jumper, Lindy Lou's Cheesecakes participated in Stacyville's Christmas in the City celebration. Sold out of cheesecakes sold by the slice and had a drawing for three personal size cheesecakes in Christmas tins. Winners of the cheesecakes were Sandie Adams, Shanna Sullivan and Kellie Schaefer. It was a fun event!
