This weekend I got to spend in with a bunch of beautiful souls in Bozeman learning method.

I’m so excited to be able to bring this training modality not only to my clients, but my community.

Between Physical Therapist and Fitness Coaches, we learned methods of training with pain or past pain. Getting you back to moving and managing both acute and chronic pain.
