May is Mental Health Awareness month and a gentle reminder that you're allowed to rest. π
Dedicating a small amount of time during your day to focus on you and what you need in that moment can have positive, lasting impacts on your overall health and well-being.
Rest can look like:
ποΈ Doing nothing without guilt.
π΅ Quiet time away from screens.
π Doing something small, just for you.
π When you prioritize rest, you reduce the risk of burnout and create space to notice the subtle cues that your body sends when you need more calm or a quiet reset.
