We held our 3rd Annual Family Thanksgiving Dinner this past weekend. We had a wonderful turnout and one of our own long-term residents, Jimmy Payne, played guitar and sang during our pre-dinner music performance. 🎸🎶

🎃 Halloween Party 2025 at St. Augustine Health & Rehab! We had an absolutely fabulous time celebrating Halloween with our residents, staff, families, and community members! It was a great turnout filled with costumes, candy, laughter, and plenty of spooky fun! 🧡🍬🎉
