We’re on the BEACH yogis! Join us tomorrow at Guy Harvey Resort at 9am TOMORROW for our DONATION BASED beach YOGA!!

Bring a beach towel and some water and join the practice! 💜

AND keep posted for a time change! As the mornings heat up we’ll move the start time earlier to avoid the heat!

For those local to Saint Augustine our 10 week training starts this February! For those looking for a more immersive experience, journey to beautiful Costa Rica for our 3 week intensive!

Congratulations to our beautiful cohort of students graduating our Autumn 200 Hour YTT program earlier this month!

The most beautiful aspect of this training is the vibrant group of women who came together, united by a shared passion for yoga, ready to learn, and willing to be vulnerable. Our trainees hailed from various walks of life, bringing with them unique perspectives and experiences, creating a vibrant tapestry of learning and growth. To say that these women are amazing would be an understatement!
