As a licensed massage therapist since 2014 and a CT native now residing in FL, I am passionate about maintaining overall well-being through holistic therapy. My specialties include traditional Swedish massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, and deep tissue/therapeutic massage. I use a blend of modalities and pressure tailored to each client's needs, with a focus on achieving relaxation and pain relief. I am available at Anastasia Healing Arts on Wednesdays and Saturdays and at Serasana-St. Johns (Silverleaf) on Mondays and Fridays. In-home services can be arranged by appointment only, subject to therapist availability.
