❄️As the light shifts and the season turns, we invite you to pause, soften, and gather with us for a heart-centered Winter Solstice celebration. ✨

Join Raina on Sunday, December 27th at 2 PM as we reflect, release, and welcome the returning light.

Together, we’ll craft Yule wands with intention, set heartfelt blessings for the season, and create space for renewal in community.

Starting with light movement and intention setting meditation before moving into community craft. Each person will make one or more Yul wands and you will learn how to use for the season.

Come reconnect, breathe deeply, and honor this beautiful moment of stillness and transformation.

Bird of Paradise💫
To prepare for the Bird of Paradise yoga pose, focus on poses that build hamstring flexibility, hip external rotation, and balance, such as Extended Side Angle Pose, Triangle Pose, Half Moon Pose, Tree Pose, and Standing Hand-to-Big Toe Pose. Incorporate poses like Low Lunge, Half Splits, and Humble Warrior to open the hips and hamstrings, while Cow Face Arms and Twisted Forward Fold prepare the upper body for the binding action.
