Subject: Exciting Expansion of Wildflower Healthcare Services

Dear Community Partners, Volunteers, and Donors,

We are delighted to share exciting news about the continued growth of Wildflower Healthcare and our commitment to expanding access to quality care in St. Augustine.

As of February 2, 2026, Wildflower Healthcare will officially separate our dental clinic from our medical clinic to better accommodate the growing needs of both programs. This transition will allow each clinic the necessary space and resources to continue providing exceptional care for our patients.

Medical Clinic Relocation
Beginning February 2, 2026, our medical services will relocate to the new:

West Augustine Health and Wellness Center
110 Brevard Street, Suite 202
St. Augustine, FL

We are proud to announce our partnership with EPIC Behavioral Healthcare, with whom we will be sharing Suite 202 to enhance coordinated services for the community.

Dental Clinic
Our dental clinic will remain in its current location, continuing operations without interruption or change.

• Have no medical insurance
• Make under 300% of the federal poverty level
