Man! I feel like we went MIA on you guys! We haven’t though! We have been busier than ever! I can’t wait to show you guys Diamond’s ACL recovery.

Until then meet Cindy!

Cindy has struggled with chronic shoulder instability and pain for years. She has completed numerous attempts at PT but still suffered with constant pain and flares up. Single arm deadlifts at 70lbs really put her to the test. But she finished with a smile on her face and a new outlook on her shoulder issues. Check out both videos and see if you can determine which arms is her “bad” arm.

Which knee do you think is injured?

Meet Diamond. Diamond is one of our newest clients. She sustained the unhappy triad of knee injuries(ACL, PCL, and medial meniscus tears) in February through a non-contact drill during ju-jitsu training. She was contemplating coping vs. repair treatment but decided to have a surgical repair completed in early May.

She has been kind enough to allow us to post her treatment sessions from early/middle/and late stage ACL rehab. ACL injuries are delicate and require a special process physical, emotional, and psychological training. She is doing this in order to help others understand the process but also to showcase our very specific treatment methods to return her to the mat.
