I am a St Augustine local, born and raised, who has worked as a licensed mental health counselor in Florida for over 5+ years. I am a Play Therapist and Regional Director for a community counseling agency since 2018. I previously owned The Lotus Center for Wellness but with the Covid-19 pandemic was unable to keep the office space functioning. With that shift in the world, I have taken a focus in providing tele-mental health services since 2019. I am a currently only providing counseling via tele-health and am also currently only self-pay, but provide a sliding scale with demonstration of need. (I am open for new clients)

I have training and experience in trauma, anxiety, ADHD, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other stress and behavioral struggles. I work with children, adolescents and adults and have additional training in CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Infant Mental Health, and Play Therapy.
