I have been practicing bodywork and teaching movement intelligence lessons to individuals and groups since 2003. I struggled with pain and was unable to work or have a normal life for many years until I was introduced to two amazing modalities called Ortho-Bionomy and Bones for Life. help people come into a better relationship with their bodies by releasing tension and pain easily and effectively.
