Been brewing this up for alittle while… and by that I mean 18 years! Haha.
I’ve been doing Functional Medicine Health Coaching on the side for the last few years but have finally taken the plunge to going fully remote and wanting to offer something that most folks I talk to seem to be looking for….
I’m still offering Functional Medicine Deep Dive work to patients suffering with Gut issues, mold I’ve illness ,Lyme disease… or wanting to completely overhaul their hormones, however it’s been on my heart for awhile to offer something to everyone ELSE who may be looking for more of a wellness and prevention based healthcare experience in the Family Medicine and Primary Care settings.
If you are someone who’s feeling rushed through your doctors visit feeling unseen and unheard… or tired of having drugs pushed on you as your only option, Integrative Medicine is the fix.
This is going to be a monthly membership option and is for folks wanting a better primary care experience with a provider who is focused on their health and LONGEVITY. It’s an option for those willing to make changes to get off medication and start truly thriving in their health. It’ a great option for someone wanting to stay healthy and thrive rather than just resorting to medicine as a symptom bandage.

My services are all virtual. Any testing needed gets sent right to your home and sent off or if routine blood work is needed I’d send ya to get drawn just like ya would at a regular doctor apt!
