I am writing to inform the FB world about a significant change in my practice. My husband & I are moving to Texas to be closer to his employer who closed the local office at the end of last year. This has been an extremely difficult decision that we spent months evaluating, then our house sold quickly so moving time has been expedited. We have loved living & working in St. Johns County for 20 years. We raised our son here, made lifelong friends & I was able to build a practice thanks to all my amazing patients and their families.
I am keeping my Florida license so I will continue to offer video & audio sessions for patients in Florida. I will also keep my phone number active & email will not change.
The office will be closed beginning August 29, 2025 so we can prepare and then move to Texas the first week of September. I will provide in-person sessions through August 28, 2025 and the physical office will be closed permanently on the 29th. I will update my FB page as there is news to share about any further changes.
Initially, I will be offering telehealth from my home office in Texas until I can secure a new office location. I plan to resume telehealth sessions on September 9th, though I am not sure my office will be homey & pretty by that time. 😊 I will send patient appointment invitations with EST in the subject line though I will be workings in CST.
I understand that many people like coming into the office and may want to transfer their care to a new provider. I have included several options below. I am happy to provide support during your transitional period.

Again, I am go grateful for my FL practice & all the lovely people I have met over the years. I hope to continue to serve the community through telehealth & am still taking new patients.
