This weekend is the last call to sign up for my new Pilates course! Registration closes on February 3rd!
What is principled Pilates? Principles of Pilates is a new course I’ve created to dive a little deeper into the wonderful world of Pilates. There are 6 principles of Pilates originally taught by Joseph Pilates. This is a seven week course. Each week, we will focus on one of the six principles (breath, concentration, control, center, precision, and flow) - in the last week we will put all six principles together for a master class flow. The classes range from 35 to 45 minutes and we will use props like ankle weights, light hand weights, a Pilates ball, blocks, and a resistance band to help target specific areas of the body a little deeper!
We start this Wednesday at 5pm! There is a live stream option available for those who are not local but want to join. Classes will be recorded so you will receive 7 classes you can do anytime in the comfort of your own home!
