While we didn’t catch any videos of the sneaky attackers in action (they were way too fast!), let’s just say it was hysterical and the perfect midweek stress reliever. 💥

✨ Patient Success Spotlight: Tara’s Neuropathy Journey ✨

We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Amanda Broome, DC to our St. Augustine Neuropathy & Pain Center team!

With her expertise in chiropractic care, neuropathy, and acupuncture, we can now offer full-body treatments — including relief for cervical, thoracic, and lumbar back pain, as well as radicular neuropathy using our new SpineMED spinal decompression system.

Dr. Broome brings a warm, positive, and compassionate approach to care, combining modern techniques using the latest technology available with the body’s natural ability to heal. She’s certified in Neurofunctional Acupuncture (McMaster University), the Webster Technique, and advanced posture, gait, and ergonomics methods.

Her goal is to help patients restore function, heal damaged nerves, relieve pain, and regain their quality of life. Please join us in welcoming Dr. Broome to the team — we’re so excited to expand our neuropathy program under her care!

✨ The Power of Seeing Change First-Hand ✨

On Friday, we welcomed a new patient who came to us because of his neighbor’s amazing transformation.

His neighbor had completed our neuropathy program and is now walking with ease — something that seemed impossible not long ago. The improvement was so remarkable, our new patient couldn’t help but ask his neighbor, “How did you do it?”

With a smile, our patient praised our neuropathy program and our team, sharing how much his life has improved and how grateful he is to have his independence back.

What struck us most is what he said next: “I wouldn’t have believed this kind of change was possible if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyes — seeing my neighbor walking through the neighborhood again was all the proof I needed.”

We can post videos and share real patient stories all day, but there’s nothing quite like seeing someone you know go from struggling to thriving. That’s when hope becomes real. 💙

Now we get to help another person who was told nothing could be done about their neuropathy!

🌟 Meet Bill Johnson – Healing From Severe Wound & Neuropathy

Years ago, Bill Johnson was told he’d never walk again.

A life-threatening infection left him with severe leg damage, chronic pain, swelling, and wounds that refused to heal. For an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, hunting, and tackling home projects, it felt like his world had come to a halt.

Let’s be honest — not every part of our day feels like a highlight reel. Whether it’s daunting projects, health challenges, or just dragging ourselves into gear when we’re tired or not feeling well… we all hit those “I really don’t want to do this” moments!

That’s where a little self-pep talk comes in.

I came across this video last night, and it made me laugh and tear up at the same time. This brave 5-year-old boy was psyching himself up before a blood draw. He wasn’t new to it — he was fighting leukemia. But his incredible coping skills helped him get through those tough moments, and today he’s in remission.

His honesty and determination kind of say it all!

Next time you find yourself staring down a difficult moment you’re just not feeling, channel a little of his energy. Pause. Give yourself a moment. Talk yourself through it. Then take it one step at a time.

We’re all figuring hard things out as we go — pep talks and all.

“I Had to Learn to Walk Again”

We are thrilled to share Tom’s inspiring neuropathy recovery story with you all.

After living with numb, uncomfortable feet for years, Tom felt like he was losing his independence. Driving long distances, enjoying a meal out, even simply walking had all become a daily struggle. But after completing our neuropathy program, everything changed.

Now Tom can walk with confidence, drive further without discomfort, and sit through dinner without constantly shifting his feet. He even says, “It’s like I had to learn to walk again because now I can feel my feet!”

His arthritis also improved!

Sorry A-Minors, we just walked all over you! Better luck next time!

A big shout out to Ashley, our very competitive Team Leader! Even with little ones at home, this powerhouse mama turned baby-holding into late-night cardio pacing the house well past 11 PM just to keep our team on top.

And another shout out to Gabi. Even though she wasn't in the office when we took this photo, she's absolutely in the winner's circle still. She put in so many steps we're pretty sure she briefly entered a new time zone 😆

Our prize? Bragging rights and PIZZA! 🍕

Not the most healthy choice, but hey, we're enjoying the fruits of our labor! Now we’ll just have to keep stepping to burn off that well-earned prize! 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️💃🕺
