Today was Johnny’s last day at St. Augustine Foot, Ankle and Vein, and it’s hard to put into words how much he will be missed.

Johnny embodies joy, positivity, humor, and a genuine willingness to learn anything new. He greeted everyone in the office every morning, said hello again at lunch, and never missed wishing us a good night at the end of the day. Patients loved him—and so did we.

Johnny is moving on to his next adventure, and while we are excited for what lies ahead for him, his absence will be deeply felt by our entire team.

In this video, Johnny shares his experience working in our office and mentions how the team felt like family. We couldn’t agree more—because that’s exactly how we felt about him. Johnny will always be near and dear to us.

🌟James is Back Doing What He Loves! 🌟

James has been on an incredible journey with our Neuropathy & Pain Program! He was the very first patient to witness the arrival of our SpineMED table, and his excitement matched ours. With his neuropathy and back pain worsening, James was determined to be one of the first to try this new technology—and we’re so glad he did!

After just 13 treatment sessions, James is sharing his amazing progress: he’s back to playing golf, exercising in the pool, riding his motorcycle, and enjoying improved balance. Seeing his life turn around is why we do what we do! 💛

and couldn’t agree more. Leadership isn’t just about results — it’s about people. At St. Augustine Foot, Ankle & Vein (and our Neuropathy & Healing Center), I am very passionate about leading with heart and genuine care because I truly care about our team’s well-being.

I’ve worked in environments with both inspiring and toxic managers, and I remember what it feels like when your voice isn’t valued, every mistake feels magnified, your talents go unrecognized, and you leave the office feeling unnoticed, drained, defeated, or even ashamed. Experiencing that firsthand showed me just how profoundly a manager’s approach can impact an employee’s mental health, motivation, success, and overall happiness. It also drives me on a regular basis to improve my leadership skills to strive to be a better manager every day for my team.

Because of that, I lead completely differently — with empathy, an open mind, respect, empowerment, and encouragement. I strive to create a safe, supportive workplace where our employees feel heard, empowered, and valued every single day.
