Dr. Bernall's practice focuses on the treatment of acute and chronic pain including pain due to Fibromyalgia, trauma, surgical procedures, muscular tension, and sports injuries. He is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist through Myopain Seminars. He has worked closely with neurosurgeons, physical therapists, chiropractors and other pain management professionals. He is also an experienced herbalist and uses Chinese herbs in his work of internal disorders as defined within the scope of his practice. In addition to his medical expertise, Dr. Bernall has over 30 years of experience in the Chinese martial arts including Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong, Xing Yi, and Korean Hapkido. He is also a kettlebells certified instructor, and utilizes his knowledge of these disciplines to create multidimensional treatment protocols for his patients and students.
