Human connection makes you healthy.

This is my friend Jill and we have been friends since the 3rd grade. In my early years as a mom, I was tired, overwhelmed and constantly giving to others and NOT giving to myself.

My friendships started to suffer.

Before I knew it, years passed by and I was disconnected from some of my best friends.

Fast forward to over 2 years ago, when I took a wellness coaching course for nurses and learned very simple concepts that changed my life.

Connection was one of them.

So I reached out to my friends and built those friendships back up.

I am happier and more fulfilled because of it.

We can tend to focus on the big things like diet and exercise and lose sight of the connection piece.
