Are you unbalanced?
Most people often keep more weight on one foot.
This can lead to problems with balance, strength, flexibility and pain.
Here is a short test to find out if you do the same.
1- Stand up and pay attention to your feet. Do you have more weight in one than the other?
2- Lift up one foot and then the other. Which side was easier? Which side felt hard?
3- When you stand for more than 30 sec, do you shift your weight to one hip?
