Protein is one of the most important nutrients for muscle, recovery, and staying full throughout the day.
But one of the most common things we see is people starting the day with very little protein.
Breakfasts like cereal, toast, bagels, or fruit alone are mostly carbs and don’t provide much protein.
Some easy ways to add protein in the morning:
• Eggs
• Greek yogurt
• Cottage cheese
• Protein oatmeal
• A protein shake
