Protein is everywhere right now… but is it always the best option? 🤔
A recent study compared high-protein and high-fiber breakfasts to see how they affect weight loss.
Researchers found that a high-protein breakfast helped reduce hunger more. But that doesn’t mean fiber isn’t important. The high-fiber breakfast also improved gut health.
For the best results, try including both protein and fiber in your morning meal. 💡
