This recognition is not mine alone—it is a reflection of the trust of those I serve, the unwavering love and support of my family and friends, and above all, the endless grace and guidance of God who faithfully guides my every step in this work. 🙏☝️

After my first pregnancy loss in 2019, I created Heart-Centered Thoughts, a faith-driven, self-healing inspirational product line dedicated to supporting those navigating grief, loss, and trauma. Heart-Centered Thoughts is preparing a new release, designed for women who have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, recurring pregnancy loss, IVF challenges, and infertility.

By 2021, I was honored to be recognized among the Top 21 Inspiring Women in the World and Top 30 Entrepreneurs. In 2023, after the stillbirth of my twins and a near-death experience—when I was given less than 12 hours to live—I learned that Heart-Centered Thoughts had reached 15 countries worldwide and was named among the Top 20 Unstoppable Women Entrepreneurs as well as Best Mental Health & Therapy Practice. In 2024, I was again recognized as Best of Florida – Mental Health & Therapy Practice, even amidst another season of pregnancy loss. And now, in 2025, I stand in awe and gratitude, giving all glory to God, who continues to bring beauty from ashes trusting the path He sets before me.

It’s been a while since I’ve shared anything here… and while the silence may have seemed quiet on the outside, I’ve been deeply listening on the inside…

…to the breath — before — naming.

God has been inviting me into the stillness and ever-so-changing unfolding rhythms of Grace—
learning again how to belong to the soft earth of our Hearts.

only to remember..

That healing often comes disguised as stillness.
That clarity often rises slowly—
That the soul instead beckons us gently toward the forgotten places within, still aching to be held…
in the space between what was and what is becoming, ..in the brave act of staying…

Staying with the ache.
And the love that holds it all.

The kind of becoming that asks for presence, and kneels before you.

I’m still here—
returning to what’s always been…

The quiet knowing that even in the dark, I am held.
And so are you.

It’s official! We did it, Florida 🍊 I am honored to receive The Best of Florida 2024 recognition and award for Mental Health & Therapy Practice for the second consecutive year! I am incredibly grateful and humbled by everyone who voted and placed their trust in my care in 2023 & 2024 and over the past 14 years. This recognition is deeply meaningful and I am truly humbled by your support. Thank you, God, 🙏☝️ for these blessings and for guiding me in servant leadership. May my efforts be continually blessed and create a lasting impact on others, all for Your glory.

Every year I get pushed a little farther, and each obstacle becomes a doorway to deeper understanding, meaning and depth. These challenges, though confronting, have been invitations to soften, to stay present, and to embrace discomfort as part of the path. I believe it’s in these moments of struggle that we can find our greatest opportunities for spiritual and emotional growth, compassion, deep empathy, greater faith, unmatched joy, true peace and connection with the world around us.
