What an incredible journey!

Through the years, I’ve been asked in many occasions why did I choose to be a holistic practitioner? For me, it was an organic next step that came after many years of searching for a career that would combine my great love of the natural world, endless thirst for knowledge of spirituality, plants, medical sciences, ancient traditions and an hands-on approach of connecting with people.

My work has allowed me to sit with a wide range of extraordinary people. I’ve had the honor through my sessions and teachings to be a guide for many; as they explore their own deeper physiological, spiritual and psychological patterns and bring back ritual and nourishment into their lives.

As our clients enter our practice and the demands of their daily lives are placed on hold, we create opportunities to witness their personal needs and focus on self healing and empowerment. The White Lotus Studio of Mindful Living was created with community in mind. We know the good which is generated in our practice will be amplified and the benefits our clients reap as individuals will be carried out as blessings to their loved ones, the community, and thus the world.
