Ever notice how someone can feel strong in workouts but still feel unsteady during everyday things like stepping off a curb or putting on shoes?

Your workouts should challenge you in ways that are similar to your daily challenges. Train your body to perform daily tasks with control and your balance will improve. Step-down without a collapsed upper back, backward lunges and sustained squat weight shifts are great ways to improve your balance and train your mind.

đź’ľ Save this as a reminder to work on balance too.
