All Hot HIIT Pilates classes are now Whole Body Focused classes.

Hot Pilates with Weight classes will still work your whole body but some classes will be more focused to target either the lower body, the upper body or both with combination strength training exercises.
-
All hot pilates classes also incorporate Pilates principles, body weight exercises and cardiovascular high intensity training in this low impact class that is fun and challenging for all fitness levels.
