Because you don’t have any clue what it is you’re actually looking at

Jumping on the scale randomly every so often is like starting a movie halfway through and expecting to know what the f*ck is going on 🫠🫠🫠

WE NEED MORE INFO ✨

Watch what’s happening OVER TIME..

^^^ not day to day, or week to week even… but OVER TIME

Is the scale going down? Up? Staying around the same number?

When you zoom out, what is happening????? 📈📉

For best data tracking – I’d recommend 2-3 weigh ins a week and accessing what’s happening over the course of weeks to month at a time and the more data the better

Daily fluctuations mean NOTHING other than you’re human – it’s all about the main trends overtime like I show in the pics above

Then you make your adjustments accordingly from there 🪩✅
