We are a Shala that values the Art of Self-Study (Svadhyaya) and encourage all levels practitioner join our programs. We encourage the exploration of the body, mind and spirit while embracing the core values of the Yoga Sutras and Traditional Yoga. We’re so grateful for all the wonderful ladies who joined us for our local farm hop—your energy and smiles made the day truly special.

A heartfelt thank-you to for treating us to the sweetest local honey 🍯, for dazzling us with your vibrant, gorgeous blooms 🌺, and for filling our day (and our hearts) with the most delicious farm-fresh pizza.
