The Palo Santo Sacred Journey 🍃
A guided, multi-sensory group immersion designed to cultivate calm, clarity, and connection.
The journey begins with a 🪵Palo Santo sensory activation, grounding the space and marking a transition from everyday life into intentional presence.
From there, you’ll be guided through visualization and energy-cleansing movement, supporting release, flow, and nervous system readiness. The experience then deepens into silent disco🎧breathwork, where breath and immersive sound work together to create a focused, embodied state within a shared group field. This powerful breath journey opens space for insight, emotional release, and renewed clarity.
The journey closes with deeply restorative sound healing 🎶🥁, allowing the nervous system to settle, the body to integrate, and the experience to fully land.
Each participant receives a mindful takeaway memento to continue their journey well beyond the event, along with access to an optional private shopping 🛍️ experience to support integration into daily life.
🧘🏻♀️This journey is co-facilitated by Mimi Daraa, Founder of Maison Palo Santo and Nicole Zornitzer, Founder of Niyama Yoga Shalas, Ayurveda, & Retreats. Mimi & Nicole are long-time collaborative partners in Palo Santo, yoga, events, and retreats in Ecuador and beyond; each with over 25 years’ experience in the world of health and wellness.
