We are a Shala that values the Art of Self-Study (Svadhyaya) and encourage all levels practitioner join our programs. We encourage the exploration of the body, mind and spirit while embracing the core values of the Yoga Sutras and Traditional Yoga. Over the past year I have had the honor of sharing space with many couples 💕. I have witnessed their connection with each other grow through sound therapy, their appreciation for one another expand during a therapeutic yoga session. Watching the sweetest of moments when their fingers meet during savasana ✨

This practice🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻 offers individuals and couples the opportunity to explore intimacy in the most subtle of ways.

Intimacy has many definitions, I feel lucky to offer my clients this version & this moment to share meaningful time together.

I never imagined I would be someone’s idea of a date night ☺️, but then again, we should never say never! Create your next date night 💕 and experience the magic !
