**Steel-Cut Organic Oatmeal with Honey 🍯🌾**
One of the simple breakfasts we’re enjoying this morning while focusing on the **Blue Zone lifestyle** and healing foods. Steel-cut organic oats are slow-digesting, heart-healthy, and full of fiber — perfect for keeping energy steady and supporting heart health.
**Simple Recipe:**
• 1 cup organic steel-cut oats
• 3 cups water
• Pinch of cinnamon
• 1–2 teaspoons raw Unfiltered honey
• Optional: chia seeds, sliced banana, or berries
**Directions:**
Bring water to a boil, add oats and cinnamon, then simmer about **20–25 minutes** until creamy. Pour into a bowl and drizzle with **a little raw honey**. Top with chia seeds or fruit if desired.
