As the seasons shift and the pace of life picks up, it’s more important than ever to carve out moments of stillness. In the upcoming weeks, I’m holding space for restorative sound bath meditations — and a special evening devoted to voice and vibration.

These sessions invite you to immerse yourself in the soothing waves of crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums as stress melts away and your whole being returns to harmony.

All comforts are provided — cushion, bolster, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, and a warm cup of herbal tea — so you can simply arrive as you are, settle in, and allow yourself to deeply rest.

✨ Dani and I first crossed paths a few years ago during a yin + sound bath she was facilitating, and we instantly connected over our shared love of sound. Since then, we’ve co-facilitated many beautiful community sessions on Vilano Beach, and our partnership has continued to grow 🤍

We’ve been dreaming up a special evening at the studio — a Synergy Sound Bath — where you’ll be surrounded by sound while bowls are also played directly on and around your body. This unique co-facilitation blends crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and crystal harp with the grounding resonance of Himalayan bowls on the body.

An evening of deep rest, connection, and renewal — and we cannot wait to share it with you. ✨

When you’re a sound healer but also your own client…

This practice is my reset button, a chance to soften and to remind myself that sound medicine isn’t just something I share, it’s something I live.

💫Have you ever had bowls played directly on your body? Soon I’ll be offering a new way to experience sound baths — a deeply grounding journey where you’re immersed in sound while another facilitator places and plays bowls on the body.

A full-circle moment today 💫

This morning, Robert joined me from Ormond Beach for my community session, bringing along his beautiful 24” Wuhan gong. That gong has now found a new home with me, and it carries such a special story ♥️

Robert attended one of my very first sound baths last year. At the time, I didn’t yet own a gong. He happened to have his in the car and asked if I’d like to play it. I was all for it, and that moment became the spark that inspired me to explore the power of the gong and begin weaving it into my sessions.

Even more divine, the gong and its stand just so happen to perfectly match the smaller gong I already have. Clearly, it was meant to be.

It’s amazing how people come into our lives and create ripples—impact, inspiration, and support that shape the course of our journeys. Robert has been such a steady supporter of my sound healing path, and I’m deeply honored our lives have crossed in this way. 💫
