Next Gen Summer Camp 💪🏻

Throughout the week, girls will engage in a comprehensive program that emphasizes core engagement, functional movement, and individualized strength training. The camp equips young female athletes with the tools to optimize their training based on hormone fluctuations, enabling smarter, more efficient workouts while respecting the body's natural rhythms.

Logan’s journey is exactly what Fit Mamas is all about 💛 From not considering herself a “gym person” to showing up, pushing through, and even looking forward to getting her butt kicked in HIIT — her growth has been incredible.
