Yoga with Glenda Yoga classes to uplift your physical and spiritual energy with Glenda Aviles Malewicki. This practice is incorporated in my classes for the benefit of all.

Through her wide base of knowledge and years of hard-earned experience in the discipline, it is Glenda's goal to pass on the benefits of Yoga to all. Yoga is a way of life guided by physical, mental and spiritual discipline. Owing to its variety of benefits, the practice of yoga has been embraced worldwide. However, there is significantly more to yoga than the asanas or poses that one generally relates yoga to. It is my duty as a yoga practitioner to try and infuse my practice principles with my lifestyle as what we rehearse on our mats spills into our lives. To attain this spiritual goal, I incorporate compassion for ourselves to crush that inner critic which leads to an observance of non-violence towards ourselves. In the course of my yoga journey, I have begun to utilize my knowledge of yoga to help decrease menopausal symptoms and to live life with energy. Yoga has helped decrease hot flashes, headaches, depression and through the use of yoga poses combined with breathing techniques, I am aiding my body to keep the endocrine system functioning normally so I can live a healthy active life.
