but living with pressure, discomfort, leaking, pain, or feeling disconnected from your body doesn’t feel normal at all.

Just because something is common postpartum doesn’t mean you have to accept it as your new baseline.

If you’ve been told “this is just part of being a woman” well, it’s not.
