Work your way through a simple series of grounded postures held for between three and five minutes. In each posture, your body is fully supported by yoga props, which allows you to fully embrace the experience, enhancing relaxation and slowly opening connective tissue. Restorative yoga is a great way to repair over-tense muscles and calm the nervous system.

Join Emily for a special Flow & Restore yoga class honoring the theme of freedom—of body, mind, and spirit. We’ll begin with an energizing, heart-opening flow to ignite your inner fire and celebrate movement and vitality. Then, ease into deep rest with restorative poses designed to release tension and ground your energy. 🧘‍♀️
