Additionally, Vitamin B6 works to maintain normal levels of homocysteine. High levels of homocysteine have been linked to heart problems.
Where is Vitamin B6 found in our diet? Beef liver, tuna, salmon, fortified cereals, chickpeas, poultry, dark leafy greens, bananas, papayas, oranges, and cantaloupe.
