In boxing many beginners make the mistake of taking large steps and will become out of position and potentially be exposed to a Knock Out Punch.

There is a Saying in Boxing that is , “ Small Steps are Massive.” What that means is the Opponent does not even notice you Created an Angle for a Deadly Blow.

The Same is True with your Goals.

People want this Gigantic Transformation and Come Out Swinging for the fences only to find out that their level of effort will physically exhaust them and get them out of position when Life Hits Back.

Small steps….little daily wins…..might not look like much …..but Over Time…..you Transform into an Unbeatable Champion because the Tiny Steps you Took were building the Foundation to create the Angles for Massive Transformation.

Last time you were upset, angry or felt insulted….let’s say for argument sake that …someone cut you off the road and you felt Angry. Stop for a Moment…..What If …that increase in your blood pressure …that Anger you felt …was not from Somebody Else?
What If….you were the Source of that Anger?
What If…your heart was Hardened for that Person that cut you off?
What If…you Told Yourself a Story about that Person that got you Angry and you Believed that Story…..so you got angrier and angrier.
The fact is people say and do things that can be Offensive but do you have to Suffer because of it?
Learn to Manage your State.
Be around people that Uplift you and make you a better version of yourself.

I know a guy that worked all day next to horse manure and even though he never touched it he still smelled like horse manure.
I know a lady that worked in a flower shop and she never touched the flowers but when she came to see me she smelled like flowers.
The Point is you will Always be Effected by your Environment.
If you are around people that complain and are negative you will start seeing problems everywhere you go.
If you are around Positive and Motivated people you will be Inspired to Take Action.

Sometimes it’s not about changing yourself ….sometimes its more important to change who you are around with.
No matter how Strong you are the Scent of your Environment will Always Follow You.

When I was playing football in college we had a Ritual before practice we teamed up together and Stretched each other. I taught that protocol to my wife and now we stretch each other. Afterwards she always says you feel so much better after you stretch. I told her that Stretching is the Least Utilized Exercise of people that Exercise.

Keep your Flexibility and Stretch. Better to do it with a partner bcz you can go further.
