1) Work each day to live a lifestyle- preventative care is worth its ounce in gold.

2) Pursue your passion- even if it’s a windy road. Whether that be being a like me, or a queen - some days also me 😜- it’s never too late to fulfill your dreams and/or try something new.

3) Fight for what you believe in to help others. Whether it’s me battling companies for prior authorizations for my patients’ medications or my nurse helping others through her recent mission trip, we all have our own path of giving. Embrace yours!
