Fernando was showing early signs of autism. At the age of 14 months, Fernando started receiving adjustments 💥.
He was having significant delays in multiple developmental milestones. He was lagging in his motor and social skills, along with joint attention. He was not walking, and when his mother assisted him, he would toe walk🦶🏼. He had delayed speech 🗣️and minimal eye contact🙈. He was exhibiting signs of sensory processing disorder and facing difficulty with transitions. Additionally, he would repeat things he liked, such as twirling his hands 👐🏼 and shaking his head.
Within a month 🗓️ of Fernando’s first visit to our office, he showed significant improvement. His joint attention and eye contact 👀 improved considerably, and he began to try and learn to walk 🦶🏼with more confidence in his movement. His mother reported that he was more relaxed and at ease in his car seat and stroller. Additionally, she noticed a decrease📉 in his self-stimulatory behaviors, such as hand flapping 👐🏼. Overall, she observed better mood regulation and the ability to calm down 😌 or self-soothe. She also noticed an increase in his happiness, excitement, and independence.

After two months 🗓️🗓️ of chiropractic care, Fernando was able to walk 🦶🏼 without tippy-toes and communicate 🗣️ fully. His nervous system 🧠 was balanced ⚖️, and the interference due to stress that became stuck in his nervous system 🧠 before birth was removed. As a result, he was more relaxed and less stressed around people, his attention became more focused, and he began mimicking sounds, such as animal noises.
