Tri City Health Partnership TCHP is a free medical and dental clinic providing services to low-income, uninsured and underinsured residents of Central Kane County.

Tri City Health Partnership is staffed by dedicated physicians, nurses and other local area healthcare professionals, who volunteer their time to provide quality care to the community. Our services are for low-income residents of central Kane County who do not have Medicare, Medicaid/Public Aid or who are underinsured.
