Charles, offering services to both adults and adolescents struggling with substance abuse. Our outpatient programming consists of 3-4 group sessions per week from anywhere from 8-16 weeks, depending on the clinical need of each individual. We have developed a program that focuses and builds upon existing strengths of each individual while assisting in the construction of a new foundation for a healthier lifestyle. Our model utilizes evidence-based practices that draw from multiple treatment modalities. We focus almost exclusively on approaches based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with the additional expectation that program participants seek an active community-based recovery program to utilize in conjunction with group sessions at Lighthouse. Our Clinical Director, Nathan Lanthrum, has spent the last 10 years working with adults and adolescents in the the criminal justice system as well as in private substance abuse counseling.
