Todays 8x18 went well. So well they get #1 for hardest install to complete 🤣. This is on an undeveloped lot in a new subdivision. So we unhooked trailer from truck & hooked up to a 4 wheeler. Weaving back & forth down what was not much more than a goat path. Took some ingenuity many times. Pry, push, pull, ratchet strap trees together to squeeze by, pry some more, bounce on back of trailer, etc etc. Took bout hour just to get from my truck to the install location. Well, we made & now they will enjoy a safe location for their birds. If it can get there, we WILL get it there.

Upgrades-gutter to water barrel waterer, dual solar fans, & a nice jungle gym to play on.

Rain held off today for the event. Lots of kids got free rooster keychains. We were a big hit w/all ages. Good times for good cause.

We will be set up at Audubon Center at Riverlands Migratory Bird Sanctuary this Saturday. Passport to Clean Water invited us to help show off chickens & how clean water matters. Hopefully this display board explains enough. Passing out rooster keychains to the kids as well. Should be a neat day sharing our space with Mina from New Roots Urban Farm

All set up @ Blackhurst Elementary for their 3rd & 4th grade career fair. This is our 3rd yr & loving seeing the kids interact with animals & ask questions.

Installed a bridge over a Koi pond. It will give the fish shade during the hot summers.
