Custom one of a kind greenhouse. Walls are finished inside & outside to hold heat better in winter. Roof is 3 layers. Exhaust fan & vents. Thermal controller for fan & heaters. Gutter to 70 gallon rain barrel. Owner is putting in paver floor to absorb heat during the day & releases it at night. Their lime trees will now live nicely w/o being drug in the house every winter.
Matches their coop. Next will be a matching rabbit hutch. Then a matching goat shed.

3rd today was one of our 6x12 coop/run
Had to take aprt a section of cyclone fence to get it into the yard, then reassemble the fence.

2nd delivery of the day was a 4x8 coop. Framed for their auto door & exhaust fan. Took down a section of 3' fence that was on top of a 4' wall. Backed trailer up to the wall & lifted the coop up into the yard, then reinstalled the fence.

First install/delivery of the day was an 8x8 coop for a pre-existing run. Did a wooden foundation to level the slope first.

For the 5th time we just had a person, that decided to build their own facility, come back and say "wish we had took your bid". It's reasonable to think there are those who have not spoke up after learning this as well. I love the appreciation folks can get from building their own but often they find they could have saved money with us. Now "can" people build their own cheaper, yes they can. However they often spend almost as much on materials as our bid. So it's only cheaper if their time is not calculated in.
