In 2024, our teams outperformed state peer group health and safety benchmarks by more than 5%. Since 2022, we’ve also reduced health care and pharmacy-related survey findings by 16%.

Through our partnership with Starting Point Nursing Services and Pharmacy Alternatives, we’ve built a quality-first care model that goes beyond compliance. Just this year, the Spirit Lake Nation in North Dakota succeeded in getting 680 acres of ancestral land back, the Tribal Nations came together in California to protect the new Chuckwalla National Monument park, and the Navajo Transitional Energy Company continued growing Native-led economic development with a coal plant project in New Mexico equipped with carbon capture technology.
